Bob,
Just want to thank you and your crew for being so nice and so,so help with the trike.  I'd to send a special thank you to Mark who really helped me get back up in the wind.  After not even had sat on a bike in 5 years it was up believable to ride actually get out and ride.  That Saturday we rode for over 120 miles and it was unreal.  I had an absolute riot, it felt great. so, thanks Mark for hooking us up an Saturday.  The only one thing was the shifter I seemed to have a little trouble getting it in and out of gear in heavy stop and go traffic.  It almost felt like either the clutch needed some adjusting or the Klicktronicwas having some trouble getting into the right gear. OR i just need some more time on the bike to get  the real deal out of the shifter.  the bike otherwise ran like a charm.  more toward spring I'm going to have my mechanic go through it and check it out.  if he has any questions i hope it will be all right to have him call you.  He's a rock-solid dude and an excellent wrench.  Anyways I just wanted you to know that I had a great experience with your entire crew and I couldn't be any happier ( well, it's 14 degrees outside and we just got about a 1/2 foot of snow).  Again thanks a lot and I'm sure I'll be in touch. Oh by the way I'm spreading your name around as a good place to good to get what you need, hope you don't mind.
